OUR CHRISTMAS IN NOVEMBER

Finally, after 4 years, we were able to have all of our family together for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This had been impossible since April and Clint moved to Germany in 2004. All of our Christmases had seemed a little incomplete because April and Clint weren't here. This year April and Clint and Heidi came to Oklahoma on November 3 for a 3 week visit. So, we planned to have our Family Christmas while they were here. Amy and Doug and Ashlyn came down on Wednesday, November 12. Of course we were all so excited to see Heidi! It had been 9 months since we had seen her; and Amy, Doug and Ashlyn and Jonathan, Lana, Claire and Lydia had never gotten to see her. On Thursday the 13th we went and had our family picture taken and they all turned out so good. After that we went home and fixed Christmas dinner and let the little ones open their Christmas presents. But, the main thing was that we were all together! We enjoyed our visit so much! And we all enjoyed getting acquainted with Heidi. She is so precious! She is absolutely the happiest, most content little baby I've ever seen. Ashlyn and Claire really enjoyed playing with her too. Lydia and Heidi seemed quite interested in each other. Our Holiday finally seemed complete!
